Romir is the Principal and Founder of Valuracion. He has 15+ years of international experience in business valuations, purchase price allocations, litigation support, financial modeling and financial model reviews.
During his career with top accounting firms such KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and BDO, Romir has worked across a wide range of industries including Healthcare, IT services, infrastructure, manufacturing, utility and power generation, information technology, education, oil and gas services, manufacturing, sports and hospitality. Romir's extensive experience ranges from valuing small businesses ($15k+) to large corporations ($35+ billion).
Romir is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and is also a course instructor for the CBV institute. Romir has an MBA from the Fairleigh Dickinson University.
